One decision that helped me grow was choosing to actively seek out feedback—even when it was uncomfortable. Early on, I tended to avoid criticism, seeing it as a sign I’d failed. But eventually, I decided to shift my mindset and view feedback as a tool for growth instead of judgment.
So I started asking questions like, “What could I have done better?” or “How did this come across to you?” Whether it was about my writing, communication, or problem-solving, this decision to invite feedback opened up insights I wouldn’t have seen on my own. It helped me develop self-awareness, become more adaptable, and build stronger relationships through openness and humility.
